Each river doubles the effects of every landscape tile adjacent to it. This effect is multiplicative, which means generally you want to surround landscape tiles with as many rivers as possible. WebNot all XP is the same. Early XP matters more for Necromancer, with four critical perks, two of which scale. Also, there's a need for river-boosted thickets as Necromancer.
